In line with our sustainability work, we have chosen a centrally located venue with easy access via public transport, biking or even walking! We strongly encourage you to consider these eco-friendly travel choices when coming to our festival.
TRAM
Take tram 5, 6 and 10 from city central to tram stop Frihamnen.
Follow the bike/walking lane for the quickest and safest way to the venue. (ca 800m)Note: The tram stop is only accessible via stairs so it is not wheelchair accessible.
BUS
Take Bus 16 or X1 from city central to bus stop Frihamnsporten.
Follow the bike/walking lane for the quickest and safest way to the venue. (ca 700m)
TRAIN AND WALKING
Take the nice (but somewhat windy) walk over Hisingsbron from Central Station with easy access elevators taking you down to the venue.
Use the ToGo app to help plan your journey. Or, Rent a city bike and see some of Gothenburg City on your way to us!
PARKING
There is no parking available by the venue. However, there is public parking available withing walking distance by Jubileumsparken and Smyrna kyrkan.

Security and Medical personnel will be present throughout the event to assist with any concerns or emergencies that may arise. Please don't hesitate to approach them if you require assistance during your time at the festival.
First aid Kit and Defibrillator will be located at the Festival Service desk.

We reserve the right to check all bags before entry.
To ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask that bags exceeding 45cm x 35cm x 20cm (including gym bags, duffel bags, and large handbags) be stored in the wardrobe. Rucksacks and tote bags are permitted.

In line with our commitment to being a single-use free event, we don’t allow paper cups at the festival. We encourage everyone to bring their own reusable cup to this event. Rinsing stations will be conveniently set up for your use.
However, if you forget to bring one, or you don’t have one at home, we have ceramic cups available on-site.

Families with children are welcome at the festival; however, please be aware that alcohol will be served throughout the event. We recommend that families with children arrive earlier in the day to enjoy the festival.
Kids under the age of 12 are welcome in for free - pre-registration is required and can be done on our Ticket site. -
Yes! Festival goers can take a break from the caffeine and chill out at the food court where Lindholmen Street food market will serve delicious food!
Pair your meal with a glass of exceptional wine from Vintedge, a cold craft beer from local Beerbliotek, or, if you want a refreshing non-alcoholic drink - we’ve got you covered!

This is a cash-free event. We only accept card and contactless payments, including debit/credit cards and mobile payment options.

We will have hired photographers and videographers at the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform them on-site.

Wardrobe services are available at a small cost.
Please note: The Venue or Festival organiser cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to stored items. We advise guests to keep their valuables on their person.

We would love to have your furry friends join us at the festival, but to keep your pets safe we are unfortunately not allowing them into the venue (service and guide dogs are of course welcome).

Nordic Coffee Fest is for everyone who enjoys coffee, it’s that simple. No prior experience is necessary and there will be plenty to do during the day no matter if you're a coffee nerd or a complete beginner.

Is the coffee for free?
All of the exhibitors are strongly encouraged to sample their coffee to you for free (that is to say, you’re going to be drinking A LOT of coffee).
Can I take coffee home from the event?
Oh yes! All of the roasters are encouraged to bring lots of tasty coffee for you to buy and take home. This is a great way to get access to our visiting roaster’s coffee without paying those shipping and import taxes (Looking at you Norway!!)
