volunteer during the weekend

Join our amazing on-site team of volunteers for one 5 hour shift or for the whole weekend. We have a wide assortment of roles for you from working with registration to roasters village, ticketing, competitions, lecture stage, cupping space and our sustainability team.

help us promote the event

We want to make sure the whole world knows about Nordic Coffee Fest - and we want your help! Maybe you want to help us run flyers and posters to the coolest places in your city, maybe you have a wide network of coffee nerds at your workplace, or you want to be able to share a discount code with your colleagues and friends - we would LOVE your help!

join us as event staff

We are also looking for some super-engaged coffee lovers with some events experience to join our staffing team during the weekend. You would be managing a small team of volunteers to make sure your part of the festival runs smoothly and on time.

This is a great way for anyone interested in learning more about events or who wants to get a deep insight into the world of coffee and coffee events.

These roles all include a financial stipend and you must be available for the whole festival weekend.
